WICHITA, KANSAS

HI,
I'M KALEN

Concierge Crow is one person. That's the tradeoff, and it's the whole point.

The person you meet on the first call does all of the work. No account manager, no handoff to a junior, no eleventh client quietly getting more attention than you.

Concierge Crow is new, and you won't find a wall of client logos on this site. I'm not going to invent them. I'm building a client list, not coasting on one.

I'm based in Wichita, Kansas. If you're local I'll come to you and it's on me. If you're not, all of this runs perfectly well over a screen share — local businesses just get the coffee.

THE NAME

WHY
CONCIERGE
CROW

Crows are the tool-users of the bird world. They build things to solve specific problems, they remember individual faces, and they're patient about it. That's roughly the job description.

The concierge half is the promise. You ask for the outcome; I handle the mechanics. You shouldn't have to learn what a workflow automation is to benefit from one, any more than you'd need to know how a kitchen works to order dinner.

THE RULES I WORK BY

FOUR THINGS
I WON'T TRADE

These aren't values-page decoration. Each one has cost me money at least once, which is the only test that means anything.

  1. #1 · JUDGMENT

A human keeps every real decision

Agents handle volume. Anything involving judgment — pricing, a difficult customer, money going out the door — stops at an approval gate with your name on it.

  2. #2 · RESTRAINT

I won't automate something that should just stop

Automating waste only makes waste faster. If a step in your process shouldn't exist, I'll tell you to kill it — even though building it would have been the more profitable answer for me.

  3. #3 · HONESTY

    No quote before a diagnosis

Nothing on this site has a price, because everything gets quoted to what I actually found in your business, never before I've looked. If the honest answer is that you don't need me, that's what you'll get — and it won't cost you anything to hear it.

  4. #4 · OWNERSHIP

    You own everything I build

The systems, the accounts, the documentation. Nothing is hostage to a retainer. If we stop working together, it all keeps running without me.

The first call is questions only — I don't pitch on it, and I don't recommend anything until I've looked at how the work actually runs.
